l How to Make Payment

You can pay for your order through the following two methods:

1) PayPal

2) Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay)

If you haven’t opened a PayPal account yet, please still select the "PayPal" button at checkout, then click "Complete Order" to proceed to the next page. A new page will appear showing both PayPal payment and debit/credit card payment options (for the latter, you don’t need to register for PayPal).

Follow these steps:

1. Select PayPal (even if you don’t have a PayPal account).

2. Click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".

3. Fill in your credit card information and complete the order.

l Payment Failure

If you use a credit card for payment, our system may decline the transaction at checkout as a security measure against potential credit card fraud. We recommend contacting your credit card company or bank in advance to inform them of this purchase to avoid payment rejection.

In such cases, here are three solutions:

1) If you have a PayPal account, try paying via PayPal.

2) Switch to another credit/debit card.

3) If you don’t have a PayPal account, select "PayPal" on the checkout page and click the "Complete Order" button. You will then be guided to a page with instructions, where you can choose to pay via PayPal or use a debit/credit card (no PayPal registration needed for the latter).

Specific steps:
